Co-directed with the film's protagonist Georgie Wileman, it is an intimate, self-documented portrait of a photographer living with endometriosis. Harriette Wright Film Producer
Harriette Wright is an award-winning producer whose work spans commercials and independent film. She began her career in advertising, creating campaigns for global brands, marrying visually driven storytelling with meticulous craft.
Harriette’s transition from advertising into documentary followed her instinct to explore the nuances of the human experience beyond the confines of the 30-second format. Her recent film This Is Endometriosis — an intimate, self-documented portrait of a photographer living with the condition — is nominated for the 2026 BAFTA Awards for British Short Film and was nominated for the 2025 Grierson Awards for Best Documentary Short.
Her first short, Kofi and Lartey, following two boys growing up on an electronic waste dump in Accra, won multiple awards, including Best of Festival at the 2019 Aesthetica Film Festival. Both films centre on protagonists turning the camera on themselves, empowering them to tell their own stories in acts of radical intimacy.
Alongside filmmaking, Harriette is pursuing a long-standing interest in psychotherapy, deepening her understanding of human behaviour and the scripts we write for our own lives. This academic path continues to shape her work with sensitivity and curiosity.

Lauren Frankfort Meltzer This Is Endometriosis Executive Campaign Producer & Film Co-Producer
Lauren describes herself as a creative generalist — equally energized by big ideas and the systems required to bring them to life. Her career spans integrated production, brand management, and digital strategy across global brands including Condé Nast, Victoria’s Secret, Reformation, Honda, and J.P. Morgan Chase, where she specialized in translating creative storytelling into measurable audience engagement.
A writer at heart, Lauren is driven by the power of narrative to change understanding and behavior. After experiencing 15 years of medical dismissal before her own endometriosis diagnosis, she discovered Georgie’s work and felt compelled to help expand its reach beyond into a platform for awareness.
Since 2020, Lauren has served as a strategic and creative partner on This Is Endometriosis, helping build and lead the volunteer and production teams while shaping the project’s creative direction, campaign strategy, and audience engagement approach. Her focus has been turning storytelling into impact — ensuring the film not only informs, but helps people feel seen, believed, and empowered to seek care.
